If you want to make a batch of delicious tasting cookies, combine 2.25 cups flour, 2 TBSP baking soda, cinamon to taste and cardamom to taste in a small bowl. In a large bowl, beat together 1 cup softened butter, 1 cup granulated sugar,  1 cup brown sugar until smooth. Add two eggs one at a time. Slowly add the flour mixutre until you have a thick cookie dough. 

Stir in 2 cups chocolate morsels and 1 cup walnuts.* Bake at 325 for 16 minutes. Enjoy.
